Admin
The Admin role is the highest level of platform access in Qualytics. Admins have full, unrestricted access to every feature in the platform and are not subject to team permissions. They are responsible for managing users, teams, security settings, and overall platform configuration.
Who Should Have Admin Access?
Admin is designed for platform administrators and IT operations who need to:
- Create, edit, deactivate, and reactivate user accounts
- Create and manage teams, including assigning users and datastores
- Create and manage service users for automation
- Delete source and enrichment datastores
- Configure global platform settings and integrations
- Restart the analytical engine
- View the masking audit log
- Generate service tokens and SCIM administration tokens
Warning
Admin access should be limited to a small number of trusted users. Admins bypass all team permissions and can access every datastore and data asset in the platform.

Note
Admins are not subject to team permissions. They can access all datastores and data assets regardless of team membership.
