Update AgentQ Integration
A Manager or Admin can change the AI provider, its provider-specific settings, or the shared Business Context without losing conversation history. The change applies to the entire deployment, so all users use the updated configuration.
Steps
Step 1: After logging in, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left sidebar.
Step 2: The Settings page opens on the Connections tab by default. Click the Integrations tab.
Step 3: Under the AgentQ section, click the More options menu next to the connected provider and select Edit.
Step 4: The Edit AgentQ Configuration dialog opens with your current settings already filled in. Update any field you want to change:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Provider (required) | Select Qualytics (Beta) or a supported external provider. |
| Model (external providers, when shown) | Choose a different model or type a custom model name when the provider supports it. |
| API Key (most external providers) | Enter a new key, or leave the field blank to keep the stored key when editing the same provider. This field is hidden for the Qualytics provider and authentication methods that do not use an API key. |
| Base URL (external providers, optional) | Update the custom endpoint or clear it to use the provider's default. This field is hidden for the Qualytics provider. |
| Provider-specific fields (when shown) | Update any additional fields required by the selected provider or authentication method. |
| Business Context (required) | Update the description of your organization's data quality focus, responsibilities, and domain. Up to 2000 characters. |
Step 5: Make your changes and click Update to apply them.
Step 6: A success message appears and the AgentQ entry updates to show the selected provider. External providers also show the selected model; the Qualytics provider shows Managed.
Info
Qualytics sends a minimal request to the selected provider to test the connection before applying the update. For an external provider, this test also validates any supplied credentials. If the test fails or the provider is unreachable, the update is not applied. The Qualytics provider does not require an API key, model selection, or custom endpoint.
