Filter Presets Permissions
Filter preset permissions combine your workspace role with preset ownership. Who can see a preset depends on your role and your team's access to its datastores; who can edit or delete it depends on your role and whether you created it.

How Permissions Are Applied
- Visibility (Member and Manager): A preset only appears in your Saved Filters dropdown if you have access to all the datastores it references.
- Visibility (Admin): Admins see every preset in the workspace, regardless of which datastores it references.
- Member: Can apply any preset they have access to, and can edit or delete only the presets they created. The actions menu does not appear on presets created by other users.
- Manager and Admin: Can apply any preset they have access to, and can edit or delete any visible preset regardless of creator.
