Top Right Side Menu Getting Started

The top-right side menu is the strip of buttons at the top-right corner of the Qualytics web application. Unlike the side navigation, which changes with the page you are on, this menu is global: the same buttons follow you across every screen, and everything behind them is about you and your workspace rather than about any single data asset.

It is where you check what needs your attention, adjust how the platform looks and behaves for you, and reach help when you need it:

  • Stay informed. Read your notifications and catch up on what shipped in recent releases.
  • Configure your experience. Switch the theme, change how listings are laid out, and turn optional capabilities on or off.
  • Find help and resources. Jump to the User Guide, the API docs and playground, the CLI, and the Helpdesk.
  • Manage your account. See your role and teams, restrict your view to a single team, and sign out.

Note

Some buttons change with their state: the bell fills in and carries a numeric badge while you have unread notifications, the Theme button shows the icon of the mode you are in, View Mode shows the layout you would switch to, and User Profile appears as your own avatar rather than an icon.
