Remove AgentQ Integration

Removing the LLM configuration disconnects AgentQ from your LLM provider. AgentQ will no longer be available for any user in the deployment until a new provider is configured. Only a Manager or Admin can perform this action.

Prerequisites

  • A Qualytics account with the Manager or Admin role. The AI provider configuration is a deployment-wide setting, so no team permission is involved.
  • An AI provider currently connected. The Disconnect option is only offered while a provider is connected.

Steps

Step 1: Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left sidebar. The Settings page opens on the Connections tab.

Step 2: Select the Integrations tab.

Step 3: Locate the AgentQ section and find the entry for the connected provider. While a provider is connected, the entry is labeled with that provider's name, such as Qualytics or OpenAI, rather than LLM Configuration.

Step 4: Click the More options menu next to the entry and select Disconnect.

Step 5: A confirmation dialog opens showing what will happen when the AI provider is disconnected: the AgentQ chat is disabled for every user until a new provider is configured, while previous conversations and their results are preserved. When the connected provider is Qualytics, the dialog carries the Beta badge as well. Click Disconnect to confirm.

Step 6: A success message appears. With no provider connected, the entry is labeled AI Provider again and returns to the Connect state.

Warning

Disconnecting the LLM provider will immediately disable AgentQ for all users in the deployment. Your conversation history is preserved and will be available again once you add a new integration.
