Platform Defaults Permissions

Notes
- Team permissions do not apply to Platform Defaults. The tab governs deployment-wide values, so access is decided by user role only. Editor, Author, Drafter, Viewer, and Reporter team permissions have no effect on this tab.
- The Defaults tab is hidden from Managers and Members in the Settings tab bar. Managers who need to inspect current values can call the API (see the API page).
- Attempting to edit defaults without the Admin role returns a permission error from the API.
