Add-ons Overview

Add-ons are optional capabilities that run on top of the base platform. Each one can be turned on or off for your deployment, and some are offered on a trial first. When an add-on is off, its tabs and pages are hidden and its API refuses requests, so the rest of the platform works as if the add-on did not exist.

Add-ons are made available to a deployment by the Qualytics sales and support teams, as a trial or as full access. Once an add-on is available, an Admin turns it on or off from the Add-ons side panel in the top-right menu. Every other role sees the current state there without being able to change it, and the panel's Contact support link is the way to request an add-on that is not available yet or to extend a trial.
