Filter and Sort Flows¶
Search, filter, and sort the Flows lists to find and prioritize what you care about.
To reach the lists, navigate to the Flows page by clicking Flows on the left side panel. Each tab has its own Search field, Filter menu, and sort menu. To switch between ascending and descending order, click the caret next to the selected sort criterion.
Next to the filter's name, at the top of its options, a drop-down sets how the selected values match. It lists only the operators that filter supports, and starts on the first operator in its list.

| is any of | The items that match at least one selected value. |
| is not any of | The items that match none of the selected values. |
| is all of | The items that match every selected value, such as the items that carry all of the selected tags. |

The Search field finds Flows by identifier or name.
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions.
| Filter | Description |

| Related Datastores | Shows only the Flows related to the selected datastores, including Flows that reach every datastore. Not offered on the Flows tab inside a datastore, which is already scoped to it. |
| Trigger Type | Shows only the Flows whose trigger is of the selected types. |
| Tags | Shows only the Flows whose trigger filters on the selected tags. The row is named after what the picked trigger type tags (Datastore Tags, Tables / Files Tags, or Anomaly's Tags) and stays blocked until you pick a trigger type that has tags. Picking trigger types that tag different things keeps it blocked. Changing the trigger type clears the picked tags. |
| Created By | Shows only the Flows created by the selected user. The Flows that ship with the platform are listed under Qualytics. |
| Notifies | Shows only the Flows whose Email actions send to the selected recipients. Pick users, teams, or addresses from the Users, Teams, and Addresses tabs. A user matches the Flows that pick them, include them through a picked team, or list their address; a team matches the Flows that pick it. Only recipients some Flow sends to are offered, and a deactivated user is not. |
| Deactivated | Shows only the Flows that are deactivated. |
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria.

| Created Date | Orders the list by when each Flow was created. |
| Last Triggered | Orders the list by when each Flow last ran. |
| Name | Orders the list alphabetically by Flow name. |
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Flows | Shows only the executions of the selected Flows. Not offered on the Executions tab inside a Flow, which is already scoped to it. |
| Status | Shows only the executions in the selected states. |
| Trigger Type | Shows only the executions started by the selected trigger types. |
| Tags | Shows only the executions of Flows whose trigger filtered on the selected tags when the run started. A run older than the Flow's saved history is matched by the Flow's current tags instead, the same rule the Conditions column follows. The row works like the one on the Definitions tab: it is named after what the picked trigger type tags and needs a trigger type with tags picked first. |
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria.
