Filter and Sort Flows
Search, filter, and sort the Flows lists to find and prioritize what you care about.
To reach the lists, navigate to the Flows page by clicking Flows on the left side panel. Each tab has its own Search field, Filter menu, and sort menu; click the caret next to the selected sort criterion to switch between ascending and descending order. Pick the tab below for the surface you are on.
The Search field finds Flows by identifier or name.
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Trigger Type | Shows only the Flows whose trigger is of the selected types. |
| Deactivated | Shows only the Flows that are deactivated. |
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria.
| Sort | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Orders the list alphabetically by Flow name. |
| Created Date | Orders the list by when each Flow was created. |
| Last Triggered | Orders the list by when each Flow last ran. |
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Flows | Shows only the executions of the selected Flows. Not offered on the Executions tab inside a Flow, which is already scoped to it. |
| Status | Shows only the executions in the selected states. |
| Trigger Type | Shows only the executions started by the selected trigger types. |
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria.
| Sort | Description |
|---|---|
| Created Date | Orders the list by when each execution started. |
| Duration | Orders the list by how long each execution took. |
