Export the Insights Report

Download the Insights page as a PDF, for sharing or for a point-in-time record that will not change when the page is refreshed.

Step 1: Confirm the report date, timeframe, and filters are set the way you want them recorded. The export captures the page as displayed.

Step 2: Click Export at the top right of the Insights tab.

Step 3: The PDF downloads, named after the report date. It reproduces every section of the page and adds a header carrying the report date, the timeframe, the moment the data was generated, and the datastores included.

When the button is unavailable

Export is disabled while the page is loading and when no datastore is in scope. Some deployments restrict file downloads platform-wide, and on those the button is not shown at all.
