Activate or Deactivate a Flow
Deactivate a Flow to pause its triggers without deleting it. The Flow stays on the list, greyed out, and does not start even when its trigger conditions are met. Activate it again at any time to resume.
Permission Required
You need the Manager role to activate or deactivate Flows. See Flow Permissions for details.
Deactivate a Flow
Step 1: Navigate to the Flows page by clicking Flows on the left side panel.
Step 2: On the Definitions tab, click the vertical ellipsis next to the Flow, then select Deactivate from the menu.
Step 3: A success message confirms the deactivation. The row turns grey, and the Flow's triggers stop starting it.
Warning
Deactivating a Flow only pauses its triggers, it does not delete anything. Executions already running are not affected. To remove the Flow permanently, see Delete a Flow.
Activate a Flow
Step 1: Click the vertical ellipsis next to the deactivated Flow, then select Activate from the menu.
Step 2: A success message confirms the activation, and the Flow's triggers resume.
Activate or Deactivate in Bulk
Step 1: On the Definitions tab, select the checkbox on each Flow you want to change. A toolbar appears showing how many Flows are selected.
Step 2: Click the vertical ellipsis on the toolbar and select Deactivate or Activate . A success message confirms the change for the selected Flows.
Warning
The vertical ellipsis only appears on the toolbar when every selected Flow is in the same state, all active or all deactivated. When the selection mixes active and deactivated Flows, the menu is not shown.
Other places to toggle activation
Inside a Flow, the same Activate / Deactivate options live under the settings button in the top right corner. The Flow Settings panel also has a Deactivated checkbox under Options, which takes effect when you publish.
