Link an Enrichment Destination from the Scan Step

Link an enrichment destination to the left datastore without leaving the recipe. The Scan step blocks until the datastore of the asset you investigate has one, because the scan writes every mismatched row there and the keep and remove sets are written there too. See How It Works.

Steps

Step 1: Reach the Scan step of the recipe. When the left datastore has no enrichment destination, the step shows Choose a datastore to receive the mismatched rows instead of the Scan button.

Step 2: Click Link Enrichment. The Enrichment Destination dialog opens, the same one available from the datastore page.

Step 3: Keep or edit the Prefix. Under Choose a destination, click Use existing and select the Datastore, or click Add new to create one. Review After each write and the Remediation Strategy, then click Save. For every field in the dialog, see Link an Enrichment Destination.

Step 4: The Scan step unblocks and shows Ready to scan all records. Click Scan to continue.
