Disconnect ServiceNow
Disconnecting removes the ServiceNow integration from Qualytics, along with every link between an anomaly and an incident. The incidents themselves stay in ServiceNow.
Permissions
Users with the Manager or Admin role can disconnect the ServiceNow integration. See the Permissions page for details.
Before You Disconnect
The Disconnect Integration confirmation spells out the consequences before you commit:
| What Happens | Description |
|---|---|
| Ticket Links | Every association between an anomaly and a ServiceNow incident is permanently removed from Qualytics. |
| Flow Actions | Ticketing actions in Flows that reference this integration stay on the canvas and fail on their next execution. |
| Existing Tickets | Incidents already created in ServiceNow remain there, with their work notes, and are not deleted. |
This action cannot be undone
Reconnecting later creates a new integration, and the links between anomalies and incidents are not restored. If you only want Qualytics to stop writing to ServiceNow, switch the integration to read only instead of disconnecting it. See Read only and two-way sync.
Steps
Step 1: Find the ServiceNow integration row (showing Connected) and click the vertical ellipsis next to the status.
Step 2: A dropdown menu appears with the available actions.
Step 3: Click Disconnect to disconnect the integration.
Step 4: The Disconnect Integration modal opens. It shows the integration with the date it was created, asks Are you sure you want to proceed?, and lists what happens, as described in Before You Disconnect above.
Step 5: Click the Disconnect button to confirm.
Step 6: A success message appears, and the ServiceNow row shows the Connect button again.
