Archive a Chat
Archiving moves a chat out of the Chats tab into the Archived tab. Archived chats are read-only, so you can still read their history but cannot send new messages until you restore them.

Chat management, including archiving, is available only from the AgentQ full-page view. The floating chat does not offer these actions.
Steps
Step 1: Click AgentQ in the left sidebar and open the chat you want to archive.
Step 2: Click Archive on the right of the chat header.
Step 3: The toast Chat archived appears, the chat moves to the Archived tab, and the screen clears to a new chat.
Step 1: Click AgentQ in the left sidebar.
Step 2: In the Chats list, hover over the chat you want to archive and click the More options icon that appears beside it.
Step 3: Select Archive from the menu.
Step 4: The toast Chat archived appears and the chat moves to the Archived tab. If you archived the chat you were reading, the screen clears to a new chat.
Tip
Changed your mind? You can restore an archived chat at any time to move it back to the active list.
