Remove AgentQ Integration
Removing the AgentQ configuration disconnects AgentQ from your AI provider. AgentQ will no longer be available for any user in the deployment until a new provider is configured. Only a Manager or Admin can perform this action.
Prerequisites
- A Qualytics account with the Manager or Admin role. The AI provider configuration is a deployment-wide setting, so no team permission is involved.
- An AI provider currently connected. The Disconnect option is only offered while a provider is connected.
Before You Disconnect
The Disconnect AgentQ confirmation spells out the consequences before you commit:
| What Happens | Description |
|---|---|
| AgentQ | The AgentQ chat interface is disabled until a new configuration is set up. |
| Conversation History | Previous AgentQ conversations and their results are preserved. |
Steps
Step 1: Click AgentQ in the left sidebar.
Step 2: At the bottom of the AgentQ sidebar, under Manage, click Settings . Beside the Manage label, a status dot and the provider name, or Not connected, show the current state. The Settings entry appears only for the Manager and Admin roles. The page is titled Settings with a Connected pill.
Step 3: Click Disconnect, on the left of the action bar at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: The Disconnect AgentQ dialog opens. It shows the connected provider, with a Beta badge when it is Qualytics AI, and the model, or Managed for the Qualytics-managed provider. Under Are you sure you want to proceed? it restates what happens, as listed in Before You Disconnect above. Click Disconnect to confirm, or Cancel to keep the connection.
Step 5: The toast AgentQ disconnected appears and you return to the AgentQ page, which now shows the setup preview. Under Manage, the status reads Not connected and the Audit entry is gone. The AgentQ row on Settings > Integrations reads Not connected with a Set up AgentQ button.
Warning
Disconnecting the AI provider immediately disables AgentQ for all users in the deployment, including description suggestions, the Check Assistant, and the Template Assistant, which run on the same provider. The stored provider, model, and API key are removed, so connecting again means entering them from scratch. Your conversation history is preserved and is available again once you add a new integration.
