Restore a Chat

Restoring an archived chat moves it back to the Chats tab, so you can send new messages in it again.

Info

Chat management, including restoring, is available only from the AgentQ full-page view. The floating chat does not offer these actions.

Steps

Step 1: Click AgentQ in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Open the Archived tab at the top of the sidebar. The tab carries the number of archived chats beside its name.

Step 3: Hover over the chat you want to restore and click the More options icon that appears beside it.

Step 4: Select Restore from the menu.

Step 5: The toast Chat restored appears and the chat moves to the top of the Chats tab.

Tip

You can also restore from the chat itself. Opening an archived chat replaces the message input with This chat was archived and a round Restore button.
