Execute a Flow
Run a Flow yourself, either from the Flows list or from inside the Flow. Manual execution is available for Flows with the Manual trigger, and Flows with the Schedule trigger can be run ahead of schedule with Execute Now.
Permission Required
You need the Manager role to execute Flows. See Flow Permissions for details.
From the Flows List
Step 1: Navigate to the Flows page by clicking Flows on the left side panel.
Step 2: On the Definitions tab, click the vertical ellipsis next to the Flow, then select Execute (or Execute Now on a scheduled Flow) from the menu.
Step 3: The run starts and its execution page opens, showing each node's progress in real time.
From Inside the Flow
Step 1: Click the Flow on the Definitions tab to open it.
Step 2: Click Execute (or Execute Now ) in the top right corner. The run starts and its execution page opens.

A deactivated Flow cannot be executed; activate it first. To follow the run and read its results, see Flow Executions.
