Sort and Filter Users
Search, filter, and sort the Users list to find the accounts you need to review or manage.
To reach the list, from any page of the application click Settings on the left side panel, then the Access tab, then the Users tab. The Search field, the Filter menu, and the sort menu sit in a row above the list; click the arrow to the left of the selected sort criterion to switch between ascending and descending order.
Permissions
Users with the Manager or Admin role can access the Access page and sort or filter users. See the Permissions page for details.
The Search field finds users by name or email.
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions. Pick a filter on the left side of the menu, choose its value on the right, and click Apply. Clear at the top of a filter's options resets that filter; Clear all at the bottom of the menu resets every filter at once.

| Role | Shows only the users with the selected role: Admin, Manager, or Member. |
| Teams | Shows only the users who belong to at least one of the selected teams. Use the search box inside the menu to find a team by name. |
| Type | Shows only people who sign in to the platform (Human) or only Service Users (Service). Clear it to show both. |
| Account status | Shows only active accounts (Active), only deactivated accounts (Inactive), or both (All). |
Active accounts by default
The list opens with Account status set to Active, so deactivated accounts stay hidden until you switch this filter to Inactive or All. Because of this default, the Filter icon already shows one active filter when you first open the page, and Clear all brings deactivated accounts back into the list.
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria. Select a criterion, then pick its direction on the same row; the list reorders when the menu closes.

| Name | Orders the list alphabetically by user name, A-Z or Z-A. This is the default order. |
| Created Date | Orders the list by when each account was created, Oldest or Newest first. |
| Role | Orders the list by role name, A-Z or Z-A. |
| Type | Orders the list by account type, A-Z or Z-A. |
| Teams | Orders the list by how many teams each user belongs to, Fewest or Most first. |
| Last Active | Orders the list by when each user last interacted with the platform, Oldest or Newest first. |
Last Active sorting
Users who have never logged in (shown as Never in the Last Active column) always appear at the bottom of the list, whether you choose Oldest or Newest.
