Reactivate a User
Use the Reactivate action to restore a previously deactivated user. This is useful if a user was deactivated by mistake or needs to regain access to the platform.
Permissions
Only users with the Admin role can reactivate users. See the Permissions page for details.
Steps
Step 1: From any page of the application, open Settings in the left sidebar. The Settings page opens with its tabs across the top.
Step 2: Click the Access tab.
Step 3: Click the Users tab. The list opens showing only active accounts.
Step 4: Click the filter icon at the top of the list, select Account status on the left side of the panel, choose Inactive on the right, and click Apply. The list now shows only deactivated accounts, drawn in gray. See Filter Users for details.
Step 5: Locate the user you want to restore. Type part of their name or email in the Search field at the top of the list if needed.
Step 6: Click the vertical ellipsis at the right end of the user's row. A dropdown menu appears with the available actions.
Step 7: Click Restore . There is no confirmation dialog: the account is reactivated immediately.
Step 8: A success message appears. Because the list is still filtered to inactive accounts, the user disappears from it. Set Account status back to Active or All to see them in the list again.
Tip
After reactivating a user, review their role and team membership to ensure they still match the intended access level. Update them if necessary using the Edit action.
