Delete a Chat
Deleting a chat permanently removes it along with its whole message history.

Chat management, including deleting, is available only from the AgentQ full-page view. The floating chat does not offer these actions.
Warning
Only archived chats can be deleted. Archive an active chat first.
Warning
Clicking Delete removes the chat right away, with no confirmation dialog. Every message and AgentQ response in it is gone, and the chat cannot be recovered.
Deleting removes the chat from the audit
The AgentQ audit is built from the prompts and responses stored with each chat. Archiving keeps them, so an archived chat still shows up there, but deleting removes them for good. The turns it held disappear from the audit history and stop counting toward the selected-period totals. Archive instead of deleting when the record has to be kept. See AgentQ Audit.
Steps
Step 1: Click AgentQ in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Open the Archived tab at the top of the sidebar. The tab carries the number of archived chats beside its name.
Step 3: Hover over the chat you want to delete and click the More options icon that appears beside it.
Step 4: Select Delete from the menu.
Step 5: The toast Chat permanently deleted appears and the chat is gone from the Archived tab.
