Refresh the Insights Data

Recalculate Insights from what Qualytics has recorded, instead of reading the saved snapshot the page opened with.

Step 1: Check the Refreshed label at the top right of the Insights tab. It shows how long ago the displayed snapshot was calculated.

Step 2: Click the refresh control beside it.

Step 3: The page recalculates and the Refreshed label resets.

Refresh does not run operations

Refreshing surfaces results that have already landed. It does not start a Profile or a Scan, so it never adds load to a source system. Insights reuses a saved snapshot for up to 30 minutes, which is why a recently finished operation can be missing until you refresh.
