Sort and Filter Service Tokens¶
Search, filter, and sort the Service Tokens list to find the tokens you need to review or manage.
To reach the list, from any page of the application click Settings on the left side panel, then the Tokens tab, then the Service tab. The Search field, the sort menu, and the Filter menu sit in a row right under the tabs, with the page controls on the right. To switch between ascending and descending order, click the arrow to the left of the selected sort criterion.
Permissions
Only users with the Admin role can view Service Tokens. See the Permissions page for details.
The Search field finds tokens by name.
The Filter menu narrows the list by the following conditions. Pick a filter on the left side of the menu, choose its value on the right, and click Apply. Clear at the top of a filter's options resets that filter. Clear all at the top of the menu resets every filter at once.

| Service users | Shows only the tokens owned by the selected Service Users. Use the search box inside the menu to find a Service User by name or email. |
| Status | Shows only Active, Revoked, or Expired tokens. Pick All to show every state. |
Open a Service User's tokens
In Settings → Access → Users, hover the arrow next to Service on a Service User's row to see how many tokens it has in each state, then click it to open this list with the Service users filter already set to that account.
The sort menu orders the list by one of the following criteria. Select a criterion, then pick its direction on the same row. The list reorders when the menu closes.

| Created Date | Orders the list by when each token was generated, Oldest or Newest first. Newest first is the default order. |
| Expiration | Orders the list by expiration date, Oldest or Newest first. |
| Last Used | Orders the list by the most recent API request made with each token, Oldest or Newest first. |
| Name | Orders the list alphabetically by token name, A-Z or Z-A. |
Tokens without a date
Tokens that were never used (sorting by Last Used) or that never expire (sorting by Expiration) always appear at the bottom of the list, whether you choose Oldest or Newest.
The list shows 12 tokens per page. Use the page size selector and the arrows above or below the list to move between pages.
