Restore Anomalies¶
Restoring archived anomalies
Restore an archived anomaly to bring it back to the open list for more work. A restored anomaly returns as Acknowledged, never straight to Active.
Permissions
Restoring an anomaly requires the Author team permission on its datastore. See Anomaly Permissions.
From Explore or a check template
On Explore › Anomalies and on the Anomalies tab of a check template, clicking an anomaly opens its details panel instead of its page. For an archived anomaly, click Restore at the top of the panel.
Steps¶
Step 1: Open the Anomalies tab of a datastore, a table or file, a field, or a check.
Step 2: Click the Archived tab.
Step 3: Click the anomaly you want to restore. Its page opens.
Step 4: Click in the actions bar at the top right. A menu opens.
Step 5: Click Restore . A success message appears, and the anomaly's status changes to Acknowledged.
Back to Active
To return a restored anomaly to Active, click Reactivate in the actions bar. See Acknowledge Anomalies.
